We respond to messages in an average of 2 hours and 15 minutes. Our office in Częstochowa at al. NMP 24 is open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. On Fridays, we work shorter, until 3:30 PM. We do not work on public holidays.

What to expect after contacting us?

Is the first phone call paid?
No. We dedicate the first 20 minutes to checking facts and assessing whether your case fits our specialization. If so, you will find out a specific rate for the audit at the end of the call.
How quickly will I receive audit results?
We complete a standard marketing or database audit in a range of 11 to 18 business days. We always enter this date into the contract so you are sure when you will get the report.
Do you serve companies from outside Częstochowa?
Of course. 87% of our clients are companies from Warsaw, Kraków, and foreign markets. We send all documentation through encrypted channels and hold meetings via video.
What exactly does an audit report contain?
We work with specific numbers. Every report of ours contains a calculated financial risk in zlotys and a specific paragraph that needs to be fixed. You won't get general advice from us, only a list of changes to implement.
